The Reports Tab
The Reports tab in Landscape is a centralized location from which to view and generate reports across your portfolio.
1. Saved Reports
A list of all Report items created within your portfolio. Filter easily by Incomplete Reports, Reports you generated, Reports you have been asked to review, or choose from other Filter options. Click the 'Preview' icon (the eye) next to a report to see it in a right-sided display window.
2. One-Click Reports
Record results created from query logic that are designed specifically for the purpose of exporting data, either as a .csv or a .pdf. These queries are typically not modified without good reason. They are best used to report out expected data and/or on a regular cadence. Some examples include:
- A .pdf report listing all appraisers in your Contact list with ACEP experience, to be shared with landowners.
- A .csv of all Time Spent on projects that are funded by a specific grant, to fulfill grant reporting requirements.
- A .pdf report of all Issues identified in the last quarter, to present at regular Board meetings.
3. LTA Accreditation Report
A special report designed to help land trusts complete the LTA first time accreditation or re-accreditation spreadsheets. Visit this article to read more about how it works.
