Copying items from one record to another
Whether intentionally or caused by accident, sometimes you need to move items between records. Here's how.
Copying Work Items
Occasionally it can be useful to be able to copy a work item and all of its data from one record to another. For example, you may perform a site visit on one property and wish to use the data you collected as a visit to a neighboring property as well. This can also be useful for re-organizing your properties, groups, and parcels.
To copy a work item from from one record to another: Enable the bulk select check box in the work item header (1), then select the work item you want to move (2), then click on the 'copy' button (3). Type in the box presented to search for the correct record, then choose the record you wish to copy the work item to, and select 'OK'. The work item will be copied, along with its data (geography, photos, forms, documents, etc.).
Copying Photopoints and Photos
Perhaps you accidentally recorded your site visit on the incorrect record, or you want to add points to a work item layer that you will use for taking the same photos year to year. You can do this by exporting the points and photos all at once in a special format that makes it easy to re-upload them to another Landscape map, as shown in the video below.
