FAQ: Can I restore something I deleted by accident?

Answer: Landscape Support can restore the following types of records if they have been deleted within the last six months:

  • Portfolio Records
  • Work Items
  • Geography

If you need one of these objects restored, please email support@dendroyka.com and include as much information as you can about the item(s) such as its name, type, and when it was deleted.


Special note about restoring related records

When Portfolio Records are restored, you must manually re-create any relationship with other Portfolio Records to which the restored record was previously related. If the related records were also deleted, then those will also need to be restored, and the relationships re-created.


We do not store historical versions of photos and documents, but it is possible to restore earlier versions of other data types if absolutely necessary. Contact Landscape Support if you're in need of further assistance.
