Deleting a vertex in a line or polygon
To delete a vertex (or multiple vertices) in a line or polygon map feature, first navigate to the record or work item that the feature belongs to. For example, if you need to edit a site visit track, first navigate to the site visit work item that the track belongs to.
Click on the 'Edit' button on the map toolbar to begin.
Click on the line or area you wish to edit. You will see the vertices appear as cyan points. Click on a point to select it, then hit the 'Delete' key to delete the vertex.
Click on 'Save' to save your edits.
Tip: You can also hold 'Shift' and click on a vertex to delete it. This allows you to delete multiple vertices quickly.
