How to select multiple features on a map (article and video)

To select multiple features on a map, you use 'Ctrl' / 'Shift' / 'Cmd (⌘)' then click on the features you want to select. Click a feature again while holding the multi-select key to deselect a feature. You can also use the multi-select tool to simply click and drag a selection box. Only features contained entirely within the box will be selected.
