How to hide certain points and photos in a report

There are a couple of ways you can not show certain points and photos in a report.

Option 1: Create a copy of the site visit and then delete the points you don't want from the copy

Simply use the copy function described here to create a copy of the site visit. Delete the points you don't want from the copy visit, then run the report again.

This workflow does create duplicate photos.

Option 2: Alter the report template to filter out points with a particular status or type

Here's a video on how to implement this method. Use this option if you often need to hide points or photos. You will need to be an administrator in order to access the report template.
