Switching to the new Lens Notes integration
If your organization was utilizing the Lens Notes to Issues integration but you'd like to utilize the newer version of the integration, then making the switch is easy.
Head to Settings > Integrations (you must be an Administrator to access Settings) and find the 'Upstream Tech' options. Click on 'Settings'
De-select the box that says 'Automatically create new Issues from Lens notes' and click OK.
Finally, be sure to click 'Sync Now' to re-sync your Lens account and start the new integration. You should now see your Lens notes in a separate side tab in all relevant records.
