Why are my maps blank?

If there are blank boxes where your maps should be (for example - on the right side of the screen when viewing a portfolio record), then you may need to enable hardware acceleration for your browser.


Google Chrome is a popular choice of internet browser, so we'll use this as an example. In Chrome settings, enable 'Use hardware acceleration' when available. You can do this by going to chrome://settings in the address bar, or by clicking the three dots in the upper-right corner of the browser window and selecting Settings. In the System section, toggle 'Use hardware acceleration when available' to the ON position. Then, click the Relaunch button to restart Chrome.


If you use a different browser, search for "hardware acceleration setting in [name of browser]" to find specific instructions for the one that you use.
