How to make documents available to Landscape Portal users
To make Documents (recorded easements, baseline documentation reports, etc) available to Portal users, toggle the option "make available to mobile app" for each Document. Documents with the mobile availability enabled will also appear in the 'Documents' list for each property in Portal.
Your volunteers using Portal will have access to these documents in the web app on a computer as well as in the mobile app.
