How do I change my password?
You can use these steps if your password isn't working, if you forgot your password, or if you want to reset your password to something new.
If you have access to your Landscape account
You can either go to the 'Your Profile' page and click on the 'Change Password' button, or you can log out and change your password by following the 'Forgot Password' prompt.
Click on the person-shaped icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen and select 'Sign Out'. Then use the 'Forgot password?' link on the sign-in screen to reset your password.
From the sign in screen
Click on the 'Forgot password?' link and follow the prompts to reset your password:
'I never received a password reset email after clicking the link'
Double check that the email you're using is spelled correctly (Landscape won't tell you if it's not) and is the email you usually use to log in to Landscape. If that doesn't work, check your spam folder.
