How to access multiple accounts
Landscape allows a single username to access multiple accounts. This can be useful if, for example, a volunteer does monitoring for two different organizations.
STOP: Important note for monitors!
If you're using Landscape Mobile to monitor for multiple accounts, you will need to sign out and back into the mobile app every time you switch accounts. This can take a while, so make sure you're connected to WiFi when you do!
Prerequisites:
- You must be added as a user in each account to which you require access. You will not need different email addresses and passwords for each account.

Instructions:
- Log into app.landconservationsoftware.com (the web app) with your current email username and password.
- Click the Profile icon in the top right corner of the window, and select Your Profile.
- In the Account card, open the dropdown menu to switch accounts. Once you confirm your selection, your web browser will refresh and bring you to the Landscape account you just selected.
- If you are using the mobile app, remember to sign out and back into the mobile app while you are still connected to WiFi. Check that the mobile app is operating in the correct account BEFORE you go into the field.
