Why are my photos appearing sideways?

Usually this means you took the photos with the rotation lock turned on in your phone/tablet. When that is turned on, Landscape always thinks the photos are in portrait orientation.

Make sure your rotation lock is turned off on your device to fix this issue.

When taking a photo with the app, you'll see a small arrow on the photo button that should always rotate to point up. This is a way of double checking that your device is rotating the photo as expected.

This arrow should change its orientation to point up when you rotate your device

Here's how to rotate a photo if it comes into Landscape with the wrong orientation.
