The Subscription Page
Use the Subscription page to manage your account, monitor usage, and update your organization's billing information.

Getting There
You must be an Administrator to see the Subscription page. Click on the Profile icon in the top right corner of your Landscape window, then select 'Your Subscription'.
Subscription Details
At the top of the page, you will find a status banner indicating the current status of your account. This banner also includes your expiration/renewal date.
Number of Properties: The total count of Property records in your account. This does not include Parcel or Group records. This is the number used to calculate your billing tier.
A standard annual Landscape subscription is comprised of two elements: a base cost and a usage cost. The base cost includes a predetermined number of Property records, while the usage cost is incurred for creating Property records above that number. Total Document Size Used (GB): Your total storage consumption across all files, photos, and documents. A standard Landscape subscription comes with 100GB of storage. Additional blocks of 100GB can be purchased for $70/year.
Organization Time Zone: Use the dropdown menu to set your local time zone. This ensures that timestamps and dates are accurate to your account's primary location.
Download Backup Data: Click this button to generate and export a copy of your organization's data in JSON format. Read more about this feature here.
Billing Information
This section contains the contact and location details used for invoicing. To ensure uninterrupted service, please keep these fields updated.

| Billing Contact | The primary person responsible for payment inquiries. If more than one person is listed, please ensure all email addresses are entered in the appropriate field below. |
| Billing Address | The street address associated with your payment method. |
| Billing City | The city associated with your payment method. |
| Billing State/Province | The state or province associated with your payment method. |
| Billing Postal Code | The postal ("zip") code associated with your payment method. |
| Billing Country | The country associated with your payment method. |
| Billing Email | The inbox where invoices and renewal reminders will be sent. |
Managing the Subscription
Located at the bottom of the page is the Delete Subscription button. Clicking this will initiate the process to cancel your service and may result in the loss of access to your data. We recommend backing up your data before proceeding with a deletion request.
