Signing up for a subscription
Ready to sign up for a one year Landscape subscription? Organizations have a few options for getting up and running with an account: Manually adding your own data; Using our onboarding service; or hiring an outside contractor to manually input the data.
'We want to add our Property data manually'
This is a great option for organizations with fewer than 30 or 40 Properties. Just reach out to sales@dendroyka.com and let us know how many Property records you plan on adding to your account in the first year. We will send an invoice for the appropriate tier to the individual listed as your primary contact on your subscription page.
'We have a lot of data to upload! What's the fastest way to get it into Landscape?'
Landscape does not have a user-facing bulk import/property creation tool. However, we do offer an onboarding service where you provide us with your data in the form of spreadsheets and shapefiles and we do the work of getting everything into Landscape for you. We usually see organizations use this service if they need to get more than 30 or 40 property records into Landscape. This service has an additional one-time fee. Typically the fastest way to get started with this process is to schedule a quick half-hour chat with a Landscape onboarding specialist, so just reach out to sales@dendroyka.com and let them know you'd like to learn more about the onboarding service.
'Our property data isn't in spreadsheet format, but we don't have the time to manually input the property data ourselves'
Manually inputting Property records into Landscape based on documents is beyond the scope of Landscape's in-house onboarding service. However, there are third-party contractors available who will perform this service for a fee. Get in touch with sales@dendroyka.com and they can provide you with the contact information for one of these contractors.
Renewing your subscription
Subscription renewal invoices are sent out to the individual listed on your subscription page one month before your account expiration date. If you did not receive an invoice and are receiving an account expiration notice, double check that the information on that page is correct, then reach out to sales@dendroyka.com to request an invoice.
