Record Division Work Items
As of June 2024, Record Division work items no longer create new parcels when the status is changed to 'Completed'. Use the 'Divide Record' function available on the 'Edit Details' page of a record to add multiple parcels and create a work item simultaneously, or use the Relationships panel to add one parcel at a time without creating a work item.
A record division work item is for tracking the details of a subdivision. As with other work items, you can attach documents, form data, tasks, etc. to a record division. You can also upload map data to the work item in order to capture the particular areas of the division. This can be useful in case the boundaries change further in the future.
