Introduction to using task lists in Projects (video)

Projects can incorporate custom pre-made task lists. You can build as many task lists as you need in Settings > Projects > Task Lists (you must be an administrator to access Settings). Once applied to a project, these task lists can be customized to the needs of that particular project. You can delete tasks that don't apply, and add new ones as they come up.
