Troubleshooting a Report: Contact not appearing in contact block (video)

Here's how to fix a common issue where a contact isn't appearing in your monitoring report. You will need to be an administrator to fix the issue.



Advanced Tip: This logic applies nearly any time a Report category is for a record that is nested within another record. Content block filter categories are noted in bold in the repeated block field picker:

The first filter category in the Repeated Content block picker is always for fields that belong specifically to that work item; so, if you want your report to include information from outside the work item, you must scroll down and select the field from the appropriate filter category.
