Error: 'Oops, something went wrong' (Mobile App)

This message can appear when Apple device users begin logging into the mobile app:

The most common cause of this error is a setting in Safari, the default internet browser on Apple devices.


Troubleshooting Steps

  1. On your Apple device, open Settings > Apps > Safari > Advanced.
  2. Make sure the setting to "Block All Cookies" is toggled OFF (grey).

  1. Close your Settings and restart your device.
  2. Try logging into the Landscape mobile app again.
