Display all funding, documents, expenses, or time tracking for a record

From the 'Work' tab of a project or portfolio record, select the icon from the toolbar at the top left that corresponds to the desired data you want to see. For example, selecting the paperclip will show you all documents.

For customers who were migrated from the old version of Landscape: 'Purchase Price Funding' is visible by activating the 'Funding' view of work items. These funding disbursals were attached to the portfolio record (not an individual work item) and were given a type of 'Purchase Price' to allow you to filter them out of standard queries. They will appear in the top 'All' section.

The presented view will display all record documents, etc. at the top of the page, and then allow you to see which documents are nested in which work items types below.


Note that you can also use these views to add any of this data to a portfolio record in general, rather than to an individual work item, by adding to the 'All' pane at the top of the page.


For viewing these items across multiple records, you can use data viewer to make a new view that corresponds to the data you wish to see. For example, you could create a documents view that only looks at site visit documents in all easement records.
